Refurbishment of the 19th Century, Grade II listed former town hall. Works included the Lower Hall reconfiguration and refurbishment, public realm works and conservation of key heritage features.

Sustainability upgrades, opening up the existing courtyard, new offices, new lift and improved ancillary facilities were carried out, along with improvements to acoustic and technical infrastructure in performance spaces. The building remained live and operational throughout.
