Design and build new three storey Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths building for the University of Surrey.

The works included the construction of a number of buildings, a remote location chiller, site infrastructure and landscaping within a live university campus. The new building includes a large teaching laboratory for 200 students and the installation of lab furniture (16no fume cupboards, 1no autoclave).
