The Eltham College project included the demolition of the existing and surrounding buildings to allow for a new build teaching facility, including a sixth form centre.

Works included piled foundations, cross wall construction, twin wall precast concrete frame, structural steelwork and exposed fair faced concrete classrooms. The works also comprised external landscaping and were carried out adjacent to the live school environment.
