Construction of a new build sixth form study centre, 1000 seat assembly hall, library, reading room, foyer and associated external works providing innovative, modern and flexible teaching spaces.

The school was live and occupied throughout the works. Works were also carried out in the existing Exhibition Building, Big School Building and on the roof of the adjacent Cowells House including the installation of photovoltaic panels. The Quad features a bespoke glulam frame, detailed oak panelling and exposed oak glulam diagrid roof structure.
