Design and build of a four storey BREEAM ‘Excellent’ research and innovation centre. The purpose of the 5G innovation centre is to spearhead international research into the next generation of mobile communication technology.
The accommodation comprises single and multi-occupancy academic offices, open plan academic work stations, electronic and test bed laboratories, including machine rooms and comms rooms, seminar rooms, social/cafe space and support services rooms.
