Demolition, design and build new student accommodation, including the refurbishment of Grade II listed buildings.

Works include refurbishment and new build Waynflete Building (76 ensuite rooms, a retail unit and fellows’ accommodation), refurbishment of Grade II listed St Clement’s buildings (21 student rooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2no retail units), teaching and ancillary space. The riverside includes terraces and gardens with 3 connected but uniquely defined landscapes. The project is targeting Passivhaus standards and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ status.
