The project at St Aldate’s Student Accommodation included the design and build of mixed-use student accommodation and retail provision in the historic city centre of Oxford, the city of Dreaming Spires.

Blending the old and the new, this classic and contemporary project included demolition, alteration, refurbishment and extension of a number of buildings to provide 133 study bedrooms for Christchurch College.

In addition, the works included the construction of three retail shell units for a new state-of-the-art bank and back-of-house office for Metro Bank.
